Knowledge Base Building

Knowledge Base Building allows you to create and manage repositories of information that can be used to enhance model responses and provide accurate, contextually relevant answers. This is particularly useful for creating robust AI systems that can handle a wide range of queries.

Steps to Access: 1. Click on "Knowledgebase." 2. This action will open a page displaying 2 default knowledgebases. 3. On the right side of this page, there is a button labeled "Create New."

Creating a New Knowledgebase: Users can create up to 5 knowledgebases on the Basic plan and up to 1000 on the Pro plan. To create a new knowledgebase, follow these steps:

File Upload Method:

  1. Click on "Create New"
  2. This will open a form with the following fields:

  4. Create Knowledge Base: This is the title of the form.
  5. Knowledge Base Name: Input field to enter the name of the knowledgebase.
    • Example: "Statistics"
  6. Upload files: Drag & Drop files here or click to browse.
  7. Maximum file size is unlimited

  8. Uploaded Files: No files uploaded (by default).

  9. Create Button: Click "Create" to finalize the knowledgebase.

Google Drive Method:

  1. Click on "Create New"
  2. This will open a form with the following fields:

  4. Create Knowledge Base: This is the title of the form.
  5. Knowledge Base Name: Input field to enter the name of the knowledgebase.
    • Example: "Statistics"
  6. Upload files from Google Drive: Drive icon and "Google Drive" text.

  7. Uploaded Files: No files uploaded (by default).

  8. Create Button: Click "Create" to finalize the knowledgebase.

Confluence Method:

  1. Click on "Create New"
  2. This will open a form with the following fields:

  4. Create Knowledge Base: This is the title of the form.
  5. Confluence Connection
  6. Knowledge Base Name: Input field to enter the name of the knowledgebase.
    • Example: "Statistics"
  7. URL: Input field to enter the URL.
  8. Username: Input field to enter the username.
  9. API key: Input field to enter the API key.
  10. Space ID: Input field to enter the Space ID.

    • Option to add more IDs or delete existing ones.
  11. Create Button: Click "Create" to finalize the knowledgebase.

Database Method:

  1. Click on "Create New"
  2. This will open a form with the following fields:

  4. Create Knowledge Base: This is the title of the form.
  5. Database Connection
  6. Knowledge Base Name: Input field to enter the name of the knowledgebase.
    • Example: "Statistics"
  7. Host: Input field to enter the host.
  8. Port: Input field to enter the port.
  9. Username: Input field to enter the username.
  10. Password: Input field to enter the password.
  11. Database schema: Input field to enter the database schema.
  12. Database schema name: Input field to enter the schema name.

  13. Create Button: Click "Create" to finalize the knowledgebase.

Editing and Deleting Knowledgebases: - Once a knowledgebase is created, it can be edited or deleted. - Use the options provided on the knowledgebase page to perform these actions.

Searching Knowledgebases: - On the top left of the knowledgebase page, there is a search option. - Use this to search for existing knowledgebases.

Notes: - Ensure all required fields are completed before saving. - Customizing the knowledgebase allows for efficient information management based on specific needs.
